While we hope the current pandemic will have subsided by the start of PIMRC on the 31 st August, we realise many of you will have travel concerns as well as possible practical difficulties and we have therefore decided to move the conference online. We are nevertheless excited to bring this PIMRC 2020 to you in your location and we will work very hard to ensure the PIMRC maintains its high standards and quality of keynotes, panels, presentations and discussions. We aim to deliver the benefits to attendees that you have come to expect of PIMRC and we look forward to joining you virtually for PIMRC 2020 from the 31 August to 03 September 2020. Accepted papers for the IEEE PIMRC 2020 will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library after they are presented at the virtual conference. Information and instructions on how to prepare for a virtual presentation will be sent separately. Registration fees for the IEEE PIMRC 2020 will be reduced to accommodate this new platform. We extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all of our technical community for your understanding and community engagement. Although IEEE PIMRC 2020 cannot be held physically, the integrity and quality of the research and content will remain and now be experienced in a different way. Paper Submission You are invited to submit Workshop papers at EDAS. | Submit a paper You are invited to submit Regular Track papers at EDAS. | Submit a paper The 2020 Annual IEEE International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications (IEEE PIMRC 2020) will see the symposium return to the City of its inception, London. The symposium has become one of the two major conferences of the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) in the field of wireless communications and networking. Originally founded in 1989 as a workshop in London and PIMRC has developed over the years to become a major international conference attracting the technical community from all regions and continents. IEEE PIMRC 2020 welcomes contributions reporting original research results in all areas of wireless technology as well as in applications, services, and business. To ensure that all excellent and original research is given a platform at the conference, PIMRC 2020 aims to champion inclusivity with the inception of an inclusivity chair on the organisation committee, and the creation of bursaries to support students under financial difficulty to apply.
